2 Night minimum on Weekends

Explanation: Because weekends are so terribly sought after in Bath, most hotels and B&B's, including ourselves, will have no rooms to rent for a single night! Weekends are the most crowded days in our little city. It seems to us that almost everyone in the world wants to be in Bath on Saturday, but enough people want to stay in Bath for both Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday, that booking a single night on the weekend usually throws everyone's schedule into chaos!

All prices are for 2 people per room, unless otherwise stated.
Ensuite room with double four poster bed - £95.00 min - £130.00 max
Ensuite room with king-size bed or twin beds - £95.00 min - £130.00 max
Ensuite family room - £95.00 min - £125.00 max
Ensuite room with antique wood or iron bed - £95.00 min - £130.00 max
Single person in any room £80.00 min - £95.00 max

Additional occupants are charged at:
Adults per night - £10.00 min - £20.00 max
Children per night - £5.00 min - £10.00 max

Pets are welcome by arrangement (as long as they and their owners are well behaved) and are charged at £10.00 additional per night.

Cancellation policy:
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice which will incur an administration fee of £20.00. Less that 48 hours notice will incur the cost of the first nights stay.

Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Switch), by cheque and cash. A deposit is required to confirm a reservation. This can be furnished in the form of a credit card number, or by cash or a cheque. A minimum 24 hours advance notice of cancellation is required.
